Design Architect with NBBJ
The project is located in Dalian Software Park (DLSP) in Northeast China, one of the largest offshoring centers for service outsourcing. The planning goal is to create a multifunctional social heart for DLSP, establish a public living room through a three dimensional pedestrian retail street mixed with well-defined landscape and public gathering space. The three towers above create a dynamic composition in the sky with varying degrees of transparency of the facade creating variation in the skyline.
