South Bank is set to become a landmark destination by enriching the texture and vibrancy of the Inglewood community while preserving its historical significance and old-world charm. Boutique shops, local restaurants, 62 apartments with individual terraces, townhouses, live-work studios, underground parking, and a partial green roof will embody this new mixed-use development and accentuate the existing look and feel of the community. The notion of live-work-play takes centre stage with a welcoming pedestrian experience to encourage social interaction, a 5th floor outdoor patio for residents to enjoy privately, and commercial areas for office and retail functions. South Bank will be uniquely positioned at the gateway into the heart of Inglewood from the downtown Calgary core.
