Mundell House is the newest rental building at University of British Columbia with 136 suites for faculty and staff within two linked 6-storey wood frame buildings. These new homes are situated at the centre of Wesbrook Village along Birney Avenue and surrounded by several pedestrian and cycling paths that connect to the green streets in Wesbrook and the rest of the UBC campus. Mundell House offers a mixture of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes. There is both an indoor amenity room, guest suite available for rental and a private courtyard with communal barbeques overlooking Mundell Park.
