With Stantec Architecture- Senior Architect responsible for Retail Design Redevelopment of the Oakridge mall doubling the size of the retail and adding 10 residential towers as well as a 10 acre park on the roof. In cooperation with residential architect Henriquez this 1.5 Billion dollar development will transform this transit hub into a LEED platinum neighborhood for 7000 people.
